Jin Jin Hot/Cold Dessert

The normal bowl of Cheng Tng would cost $1.50 but this was a special edition bought on top of their usual bowl of Cheng Tng. The only thing special was that it was added with 2 big pieces of sweet potatoes, boiled and softened in texture. The Cheng Tng alone was cooling and not very sweet. However the shaved ice was not that fine as expected, was a little bit disappointed.

Red Ruby, a common dessert that uses water chestnuts bites with tapioca flour and red coloring over it which gives a thin jelly like layer. While the bottom portion was make up of shaved ice with abundance of coconut milk adding fragrance to the bowl of lovely dessert.
