With my last visit to Macpherson Minced Meat Noodles 麦波申拿手肉脞面. Compared to the last round, there is definitely an improvement made in their noodles.
A flavourful bowl of traditional Bak Chor Mee that comes with Vinegar and Chilli as the base sauce. I asked for Tomato Ketchup and Chilli but there was no Tomato Ketchup available. Nonetheless, the vinegar flavour was pretty strong and the sauce given was good.
Over 3 years, the price increases by only $0.50.

The ingredients of the Minced Meat Noodles were braised mushroom, lean meat, minced meat, liver and slices of fish cake. The bowl of soup looks look by appearance but it tasted weird to me with a slight bitterness.

If you are a fan of Bak Chor Noodles with lots of Vinegar, this might fit the bill.
