118 Beancurd.Soya Bean Drinks

118 Beancurd is located at one corner of the Food Centre with a flight of stairs infront linking to the carpark and market place below. I would not have notice how special 118 Beancurd is until I saw the long queue lined up in front of their shop on a Sunday Morning. Many were queueing for their freshly made soya bean drinks and beancurd.

The silky and traditional bowl of beancurd was nothing but a comfort meal of a local. Besides its freshly made characteristics that make it outstanding, 118 Beancurd has no preservatives and Gypsum Powder included in the process of making these wobbly beancurd. This is very healthy.

Beancurd - $0.80 (Dine In)

Sweetness was controlled by adding not too much of syrup into the bowl as well as my cup of mixture of soya milk and grass jelly.

I guess such simple, healthy and pocket friendly stuff should not be given a miss. Therefore, if you happen to pass by Bukit Timah Market and Food Centre, do give these traditional goodness a try.
