Thai Boat Noodles Waterfall

Thai Boat Noodles Waterfall is a relatively new addition to the hawker scenes in Golden Mile Food Center as they had just opened this May 2024. 

If you have been to Thailand, their boat noodles serving comes in a mouthful portion but over here, they are serving them in a big bowl. Keeping the originality of Boat Noodles, they only serve pork, no beef or other.

For every bowl of Boat Noodles, we get to choose our noodles from Bee Hoon, Instant Noodles, Mee Kia & Thai White Noodles. I love soup noodles and this bowl of Boat Noodles Soup can never be missing in my order. The soup base was impressive, tasty and addictive, featuring authentic flavours.  Ingredients were generous with meatballs, vegetables, lean meat and pork livers, topped with fried pork lards.

We had the Thai White Noodle and the texture of the liver was just right and not overcooked. They do provide condiments like self made thai chili, chili flakes and sugar too.

If you love to have it dry and enjoy the soup separately on other bowl, you can order their boat noodles dry too. The soup likewise, is packed with sweetness from the pork.

Apart from the Boat Noodles that I'm missing very much from Thailand, we ordered their boiled pork with dipping sauce. The Boiled Pork Consists of meatballs and pieces of lean meat stacked on a bed of vegetables like beansprouts and kang gong. The taste was then elevated by the use of fried minced garlic. Dipped them into the black dipping sauce and enjoy.

We love how the food was executed, reflecting the traditional dish of Thai Boat Noodles. It was an enjoyable experience to know that we have another good dining option for Boat Noodles.
