The Golden Red Braised Fried Pork was well marinated and flavours had accentuated the meat well. This Pork were well fried to their cripiness and soft with the meat. These bite sizes fried pork were dainty.

The Steamed whole fish was attractive on the menu. They are serving steamed sea bass in Hong Kong Style. The steaming cooking style brings out the freshness of the fish even with not much seasoning use. It was drenched with light soya sauce and adorned with a handful of coriander leaves.
