Another popular stall seen in Bendemeer Hawker & Food Center that is drawing crowd will be Hai Sheng Carrot Cake. The Stall just sells only one item, carrot cake and its either the black or the plain version. As a one-man show at the Stall and with all the orders managed by himself, he upholds a very stern face throughout.

The carrot cake was finely cut into bite-size cubes and fried along with a generous amount of egg and black sauce.
