It's been such a long time I have ever visited Poulet, almost 10 years? My impression of Poulet was their delicious French Chicken and recently more and more outlets are seen in the malls.
Having ordered the 2 pax meal at $50, we get to choose 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts, a mix and match 3 course set meals.

Our meal was pretty well kicked off by with this bowl of tantalizing Mushroom Soup too. Texture was creamy but light with mushroom bits topped with freshly baked crouton.

Choice of Main
Poulet when translated refers to chicken in French and pronounce as "poo lay". Out of the 6 Mains in the menu, its hard not to choose their roast chicken as this is what they are best for. The Signature Half Roast Chicken can be served with the choice of mushroom cream sauce, cranberry sauce or diane sauce.

The chicken was placed in the rotisserie for a slow roast in its traditional recipe till the skin turns to golden brown.

Golden Brown Chicken |
The grilled seabass fillet was perfectly grilled and was served with a good layer of crispy skin. Meat was moist and it was served in seafood cream sauce accompanied by some potatoes.

Grilled Sea Bass |
Grilled Sea Bass was topped with Alfalfa and I would said that the cream combination together with the grilled fish was a perfect marriage.

Satisfying Main Dish |
Choice of Dessert
Here's the sweet ending to the meals. There are only 2 items on the dessert menu and we have them both.
 |
Milk Pudding and Homemade Mango Pudding |
The quality and standard of food were satisfying. A return trip to Poulet for dining is inevitable.
