You & Me [Closed]

Just a few days back, I received a message on my mobile phone from my ex colleague mentioning You & Me's fish soup.

I headed down to You & Me stall located in the Kopitiam of Bukit Batok East Ave.

Fish soup Mee Sua has a beautiful combination of colors, bright green from the slices of bittergourd, orange red from the tomato and yellow from the shredded ginger. Fish was fresh and texture was soft.  Fish soup was semi clear and fragrant with garlic without be too oily.

Fish Meat Mee Sua - $6

While the bigger portion of fish soup uses different type of fish from the smaller portion with red snapper. Soup taste had enhanced with chilli flakes while ingredients were similar to the small portion.

Fish Soup - $8 (Big) + Rice - $0.50

 Snapper was fresh too.

Without any doubt, I will pin "You & Me" as the best fish soup in Bukit Batok for now. If you know of better ones in the same area, do give me a ping!
