Kui Ji

Kui Ji, one of the many hawkers that I would revisit for its food that suits my taste buds and of course it's value for money.

I had ordered a plate of the traditional Chai Tao Kway (Carrot Cake), the black version. The portion was rather big, considering that its the smallest version available from the stall. I guess with the amount of carrot cake given, this would have cost us up to $4 in most of the food court, whereas in West Coast Food Centre, we get it at almost half the price.

Now that Quantity has passed my criteria, we will talk about its quality. I would say that it tastes not too bad and above average. In terms of hitting the kind of traditional taste with the Chai Po Fragrant, Kui Ji does have it. Portion was big with generous spread of eggs. Carrot Cake is available in Black, white or even mix version. For the mix version, it will cost us $3.
