Collin's-Grille.Bento

After the one month renovation had took place in the coffee shop, I'm very pleased to see new stalls surfacing in the newly furnished area. The coffee shop now has a brand new look, not only did it has the modern furnishing, it is also much more spacious than before. The presence of comfortable cushion stools has been mounted to the ground just like what we see in some KFC Restaurant.

The stall that attracted most of our attention is none other than Collin's-Grille Bento. With its large stall space and the aroma lingering at its corridoor, its hard not to pause our glances at Collin's for a few moments.

Menu was extensive with a combination of western delights and to my surprise they have Japanese Fusion dishes spread in their menu - Bento. Though Collin may already have a number of outlets in Singapore, this is their 2nd Outlet in the west and I haven't heard about it much.

Buzzers were given to each order which will alert us when the food is ready for collection. Even though there were alot of orders ahead of us, I'm glad that the speed of serving live up to expectation.

Condiments were all ready at the side counter and that includes herbs and cheese.

Condiments

I was quite impress by the portion of grilled chicken in black pepper. Spaghetti had surprised my taste buds with its slight creamy base and herbs infused flavorings. The quality and standard was assured by some colleagues who had the same. Salad was fresh and was topped with sweet savory salad dressing while the chicken chop was fork tender, loaded with generous amount of black pepper sauce.

For those who prefer to have pasta meals, Aglio Olio is available too. The spaghetti was prepared before hand thus minimizing the waiting time required.

The best thing about the free flow of condiments is that you can topped your food items and tweak them to your desired taste. Take a look at these meat balls, are your tummy groaning now? Why not head down to the nearest Collin's-Grille.Bento and satiate your appetite.

With its wide spread of dishes in its menu, it is never enough to stop at just one visit. Price is value worth of money with its quality and quantity. The presence of Collin's has also given a good challenge to its neighbouring western food stalls located in the nearby Ayer Rajah Food Centre.
