There are a few popular Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee Stalls that I usually patronized in Bukit Batok but 777 was recommended to me recently for their delicious roasted pork on top of the usual fried Hokkien prawn Mee. They offer the original prawn Mee and prawn Mee with roasted pork at Small, Medium and Large sizes.

There is no strong aroma of the prawn Mee as I opened the packet. Comparing with their competitor just in the next coffee shop, both do have their category of supporters. Each hawker stall uses different ratio of noodles. The significant usage of egg was seen and as I left the packet open, the heady smell of their homemade chilli lingers in my dining room.

Squeezing the lime over my packet of prawn mee and the homemade chilli had elevated the dish to a new level. Even though I see that the chilli given was not so much but I would say that the portion very powerful enough for me.

Apart from the few Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee Stalls that I have mentioned, I find that each individual stall has their unique version and speciality of Fried Hokkien Mee. If you are looking for traditionally fried Hokkien Prawn Mee with Roasted Pork, 777 will be your choice.
