The legendary Ah Ma Chi Mian has a few branches and this is their latest branch located in Parkway Parade. This heritage brand is inspired by the founder's grandmother. They pledge that they not only want their customer to fill their stomach with the food but also want them to bring smiles on their face.

As for a minced pork lover, the style of soup totally floats my boat. Soup was loaded generously with minced pork, elevating the level of sweetness in the soup. Pork liver texture was perfectly prepared and it resembles as good as eating Foie Gras.

This Teochew BCM is served in its unique style with fried anchovies topped the noodles.

The Yuan Yang is a mixture of both their meatball and popular handmade Teochew Fishballs. The meatball is fresh and flavourful. On the other hand, the fishball texture is smooth and malleable. The balls here are toasted in their traditional homemade sauce coupled with a handful of greens, spring onions and fried pork lard. If you love the traditional flavours, this speciality bowl is the best of selection.
