There is only 3 types of dishes that is available in the stall, the
famous award winning Satay Bee Hoon, fresh cockles and Cuttlefish
KangKong. By just one look at the stall front, it makes me feel very
comfortable with its ingredients systematically laid out under the
bright white florescent tube.

Bah Ji Teochew Satay Bee Hoon |
This place is introduced by my
friend for its delectable plate of satay Bee Hoon especially. Mixed with
a right consistency of the smooth and nutty texture satay sauce and of
course with its freshest ingredients.
|
Satay Bee Hoon - $3.50 (Small) in oval plate |
|
Satay Bee Hoon - $5.00 (Big) in round plate |
The usual ingredients in
combination of the shoe string Bee Hoon consist of liver (Teochew's
style), prawns, Tau Poak, Cockles, kangkong and lean meat.
|
Cuttlefish |
The stall helpers are rather friendly and served with a smile. Do note that self service is required at the stall.
|
Pig Liver |
All in all, the only let down is perhaps the use of cockles, though fresh the size is smaller than usual. For cockles lover, this is going to be disappointing. On a side note, those who enjoy their satay sauce, their special satay sauce is available for sale.
