Soon Lee Fishball Noodles

Soon Lee Fishball Noodles is best remembered for its Noodles Dry with their kind of special home made chilli that make a ordinary bowl of Fishball Noodles feel different. It comes with a few permutations dry or soup with noodles of your choice. In this case, I had opted for its Mee Pok Dry, the smaller version.

Previously their portion was too little but it seems like everything was back to normal and I'm pretty happy. Noodles was springy and not to mentioned the meal comes with minced meat, dumplings, fish cakes as well as meatball. Pork Lard was used to enhance the fragrance of the noodles, even though it may sounds a little bit unhealthy, it's still worthwhile.

Fishball Noodles - $2.50 (Small)
Soup was tasty with the use of "dong cai" and for small version, we get 3 "balls" in a bowl but if you are ordering the $3 (big) portion, you get to have an increase in the quantity of noodles and the number of "balls" to 5.

Remember do try out their dry version if you can take some spice!
