Happy Fish

Happy Fish is located at Koufu Food Court in Anchor Point Shopping Centre. Not only did they sell fish related dishes, they are also selling home made noodles. They were one of the few stalls that were opened on a Sunday evening.

Happy Fish Stall
Not many fish soup stall in singapore had such combination - bitter-gourd, fried fish pieces and vegetables. The fish soup had surprised us with a different taste than the usual fish soup we had from most of the hawkers. There was a distinct fragrance in the soup which reminded me of certain chinese cooking wine. Most of the time, we get to have oily fish meat from stalls nearing the end business day but from Happy Fish, the fried fishes looks good and not that mushy.

Fried Fish Noodle Soup -$4.50
These Pan Fried Guo Tie were just mere ordinary, nothing to rave about but more likely from a standard packet of frozen food that one can get off the chillers in a supermarket.

Fried Dumplings (Guo Tie) -$6
Overall, I think that the fish soup was unique. Do give it a try.
