The stir fried Kai Lan is an additional add on to our lunch over the chicken rice stall's Oyster Sauce Vegetables. I'm glad that we had make the right choice by choosing this delicious green as our side dish.
Although Tom Yum Goong is specialised in Thai Food, vegetables dishes were also part of their menu.

Often when vegetables were cooked too long, they will start to turn yellowish and I would like to emphasize that a substantial skill is required to maintain the vibrant green color of the vegetables.
The softness of the vegetables were perfect and every part of the leafy greens were coated with a layer of its good tasting sauce in good consistency but not any oily
Added with fried shallots and minced garlic, the simple dish is ready to be served to our tables.
