We paired the plain white naan with their recommended vegetable curry, Aloo Gobi Shimla Mirchi - an aromatic blend of potato and cauliflower cooked with onion and tomato masala. The naan perfectly soaked up the rich flavours of the curry, making it a delicious combination.

We shared the tandoori platter between us, which came with various flavoursome treats: three kinds of chicken (Murgh Tikka Badami, Chicken Tikka & Kali Mirchi Kebab), succulent fish tikka, prawns, and a mutton sheekh kebab. It was a delicious and satisfying spread, perfect for sharing.

While we savored the Indian dishes, we didn’t forget about the British staple, fish and chips. The crispy, golden-battered fish and perfectly fried chips provided a comforting and familiar contrast to the spiced flavours of the Indian fare.

Fish & Chips - $18 |
The Warm Lava Chocolate Torte with vanilla ice cream didn't quite meet our expectations, as the molten centre failed to flow when we cut into it. Although the flavour was still rich, the lack of that gooey chocolate lava was a bit disappointing.

Warm Lava Chocoalte Torte - $18 |
We washed down the meal with a refreshing glass of strawberry lassi and a warm, aromatic pot of masala tea, both traditional Indian beverages that paired beautifully with the rich flavours of the tandoori platter.

Overall, it was a great experience indulging in both British and Indian food while chilling with friends in a relaxed area that wasn’t too bustling for a Friday night. The live bands playing during weekend evenings add even more reason to unwind here, offering the perfect escape without having to navigate through the usual crowds at the malls.
