Enjoy the meal with the famous Taliwang Sauce from Lombok Indonesia, also the special infused coconut rice with ingredients like fried peanuts, fried dried anchovies, cucumber and freshly cooked egg. The presentation was also elevated by the use of banana leaf that lifted up the colors on the plate. The chicken was very well flavoured, packed of smokiness and marination, not forgetting that fiery kick of the sauce. Simply S-H-I-O-K!
