Our impromptu dinner ended up in Fuji Japanese Restaurant which is about 5 minutes walk away from our hotel.
We were simply spoilt of choices for there are too many eateries around. We decided on Fuji Japanese Restaurant after a few failed attempts to enter other restaurants for the queue was either too long or there were no available seatings.

If you ask me why there are so many salmon dishes, I think my pal had been salmon too much back home. This Alsaka Salmon Roll comes in either 3 / 6 pieces order and each was decorated with a dollop of mayonnaise and fish roe.

The Aburi Salmon was what I like most out of the 3 salmon dishes order as they tasted more flavourful with the use of sauce and in its hints of charred Aburi taste.

After having Fuji Japanese Food, I'm kind of missing my kind of Japanese eatery dishes in Singapore.
