We had stall no.41 as the last pit stop in Tong Sui Kai. While we thought they had forgotten our order, they were diligently preparing the food on the spot as they had just opened for the day.

While I was wondering why my bowl of dessert took such a long time to be served, I finally understood the reason after looking at its presentation. The bowl of dessert was impressively topped with numerous fresh fruits like red dragon fruit, longan, watermelon, mango and other ingredients like peanuts, agar-agar and ice cream.

The fruits were freshly cut and refreshingly topped with a scoop of ice cream.

We consumed the ingredients and find that the price paid was actually reasonable with all the fresh fruits used.

The experience was delighting and if there are more stomach spaces, I do not mind having more of such bowls.
