We had stall no.41 as the last pit stop in Tong Sui Kai. While we thought they had forgotten our order, they were diligently preparing the food on the spot as they had just opened for the day.

While I was wondering why my bowl of dessert took such a long time to be served, I finally understood the reason after looking at its presentation. The bowl of dessert was impressively topped with numerous fresh fruits like red dragon fruit, longan, watermelon, mango and other ingredients like peanuts, agar-agar and ice cream.
