The stall is run by two pax with uncle taking orders and auntie in the kitchen preparing bowl of delicious fish soup at a non-stopping rate.

We have the medium bowl of Sliced Fish Soup and the soup was cloudy topped with garnishings like Chinese parsley and fried onions.

The Batang fish slices were firm and tender, it's not easy to "kiap" it with a pair of chopsticks.

While the Sliced Fish Thick Bee Hoon Soup has a milky broth, the ingredients of their soup are still similar with cabbages, egg floss, fried onions, fried soles fish and Chinese parsley.

The quality of Fish Slices tells it all. They have their own in house chilli sauce that gives an explosion of spiciness and it will burn our tongue.

So what's their secret recipe besides having Fried Sole Fish in their soup? The natural sweetness of the fried egg gives a good taste to their soup too.

Does it worth my 20 - 30 Minutes queue? Perhaps this is the best Fish Soup in the Eastern Part of Singapore and of course, I believe there are nicer ones out there. In terms of rush lunch hours, the queue might be too time-consuming for some.
