The radar for good food has brought us here to Tradehub 21. While everyone was talking about the Fusion Japanese Mee Pok that is a few stalls away, here's an alternative for your meal choice, Heng 起肉骨茶. If you love braised food items, for sure you cannot skip their side dishes.

The main dish to order is none other than the Claypot BKT that most of us are here for. It comes in 3 different sizes and pricing. It's slightly of the black herbal style without a strong infusion of herbs in the soup, however, the taste is already good enough, better than average. The soup comprises a mixture of items like meatballs, pork belly, ribs, button mushrooms, Inoki Mushrooms and stomach. No worries if you are a soup killer like me, the soup is refillable here too.
Claypot Bak Kut Teh 砂锅肉骨茶 - $6 / $8 / $11 |
If you prefer the dry version of BKT, these meats were coated with sweet black sauce was inviting. They are topped with shreds of cuttlefish too. However, if you order this without the soup version of Claypot BKT, you are welcome to get a bowl of soup from them to pair with your dishes and rice.
Dry Bak Kut Teh 干香肉骨茶 - $6 |
Preserved Vegetable 咸菜 - $2 |
These side items are the common ones we can find from a BKT stall and if you like braised peanuts like us to pair along with the food, here's your order.
Tau Kee 豆支 - $2 |
The braised intestine is also one of my favourites. They were well cleaned and surprisingly these innards are to my liking.
Braised Pig's Intestine 卤粉肠 - $3 |
Braised Pig's Skin 卤猪皮 - $2 |
