I have heard of Wimbly Lu for the longest time but have not got the chance to go. Currently there are 3 outlets and we just chanced by the one located in Greenwood as the other breakfast places nearby wasn't ready for dining.

You can purchase some condiments too from their exquisite shelving. If you are a cheese lover, they have quite some cheese range on the chiller right next to these shelvings.

We were expecting something more when we saw the word "Grand Slam". Upon receiving the order on our table, we were a tad disappointed. Wimbly Lu Grand Slam is make up of eggs (either sunny or scrambled), bacon, hash brown, sourdough, sausage (smoked or spicy), salw, served with long black.

We ordered this out of curiosity when we noticed one table ordering this. The chicken wings were well flavoured. Its a good combination making use of honey, soy, dijon mustard and garlic. Texture of the waffles were not too bad but I kind of get bored eating it after finishing the savoury wings.

The pumpkin soup has an unique taste I thought with the curry fragrance. Taking a look at the ingredient, it was actually made up of butternut squash, Thai red curry paste, coconut, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves. The soup was light and not very thick, good for sharing.

They do have specialties of their own, however there isn't much WOW factor that will make me return so soon. Food was average, however the service was friendly.
