A familiar place for Prata cravings in the past and just as we chanced by the Eastern part of Singapore, I was told to try out their Prata again even after lunch.

We ordered a plate of Prata, comprised of a piece of kosong serving and Prata egg. Every portion of Prata is served with a portion of curry as well as a portion of homemade Sambal chilli.

The pieces of prata was impressive to be as they were very crispy like biscuit at its edge, yet maintaining the fluffy portion in the middle. The curry was nicely prepared.

The spiciness and sourness is well balance. To enjoy the Prata, dipped the piece into both the curry and sambal chilli, you would not be disappointed. Enjoy your Prata with a refreshing treat
