Xiang Wei Fried Kway Teow

When you are hungry, large portions of food on the plates are simply luring and attention catching especially when you are walking about in the premises of the hawker center deciding what to eat.

As temptation hold us no further, we joined the queue and have one of Singaporean's Local favourite, Char Kway Teow and ordered its biggest portion leaving the sinfulness thought behind.

Fried Kway Teow - $3.50 (Large)
Char Kway Teow do not need to have a "Wow Factor" over here as I was looking for something stomach filling. The oiliness of a plate of CKT may be a deterrence for those who wants a plate of healthier choice food but having such "sinful" food once a while just makes me happy.

Beside its portion, the first impression of the dish was given to the taste of the Kway Teow which left a good Wok Hei fragrant. Typical ingredients like beansprouts, eggs, chinese sausages,  cockles and vegetables are not left out here.

It might not be the best I had ever eaten but in terms of standard, I would say its fairly reasonable.
