Yong Seng Satay

Yong Seng Satay is one of the Satay place that we will visit once in a while to satisfy our satay cravings. With 20 sticks of satay consisting half Pork and half chicken meat with 2 ketupat, this dish cost $11.

Satay with Ketupat - $11

Every stick of satay is well BBQ and the standard is highly maintained throughout the years. the meat is tender and fresh. Food is not overly oily as expected. The selling point of the satay stall is not only its satay sticks but also its satay gravy. Generously given, every bowl of sauce comes with a spoonful of pineapple paste in the middle of the bowl.

The ketupat was well sliced into pieces, it goes very well with the pineapple paste in satay sauce. Dont forget to include some cucumbers too.

 If you want to "ta bao" such great food and share with your family and friends, do make sure they take the order down when you are having your food so as to minimise the waiting time later on taking in consideration that there are alot of customers having this as well.
