Traditional Carrot Cake

A traditional plate of black carrot cake as a traditional Chinese breakfast never fails to win a true blue Singaporean heart. With a heady garlic scent fried together with the generous amount of egg and sweet black sauce with chopped spring onions sprinkled over them made this dish completed.

Oil content was pretty well control here as well as the sweetness from the black sauce. Its moderate sweetness yet with its black consistency coating each pieces of carrot cake is commendable.
