Phati Thai Food

Phati Thai Food has been in my "To Eat" list ever since I saw their stall but many a time that I was too carried away by other good food in Alexandra Village that I forget about Phati Thai Food. And finally, I had a chance for their Thai Food after so long.

With two Thai ladies handling the stall, there is no doubt about the authenticity of the cuisine. I kind of surprise that they do have chinese zi char dishes like Hor Fun, Fried Kway Teow, Balachan Fried Rice available.

I went ahead ordering one of my favourite thai dishes, Fried Vermicelli (Known as 'Tang Hoon'). It was a tad salty perhaps it was the Thai way of enjoying the cuisine with every dishes loaded with good amount of fish sauce.

Fried Vermicelli - $4

I felt that it is quite hard to come by Thai Hawkers in Food Centre especially. The food is acceptable and since I have only tried one of their dishes, it makes a good reason for me to be back to explore other delicacies.
