The restaurant was furnished with a stylish modern design and given an ambience, this is the perfect spot for a cosy spot, especially for a good meal as well as a get-together with friends. One side of the wall featured a mural with a foreground displaying a traditional Chinese cultural and background displaying our popular tourist destination, MBS, flyer and Art Science Museum.

A popular Teochew dish and the taste of this dish also determines the skill the chef. No doubt that the dish might look simple and straightforward, its took quite a skill to whip up a delicious plate of Rice Noodles.
The noodles were packed with "Wok Hei" flavours and coupled with the crunchy vegetables and minced vegetables.

My first time having a marinated raw cold crab. The crab was incredibly fresh with tender and sweet meat. The marinade enhanced the natural flavours of the crab without overpowering them. It strikes a good balance of tanginess and umami taste with each bite bursting of freshness. The vibrant colours of the crab lifted the presentation of the dish. The use of garlic also enhanced the fragrant of the taste. Overall, leaving me craving for more.

Marinated (Raw) Roe Crab 生腌膏蟹 - $78 / 500g |
The Braised Combination Platter comprised of Duck Meat, Pork Belly, Pig Intestines as well as Pig Skin. Every item was well soaked in the savoury braised sauce, making this a satisfying and hearty dish. The robust flavours were laudable without being too bitter or sweet, just of the right flavours. Duck meat on the other hand was tender while pork belly has a melt-in-your-mouth consistency. Rest assured that there were no gamey taste here too.

The Stir-Fried Fish Noodle with Seafood was uniquely done with vegetables, and beansprouts and tossed with preserved olive and topped with bright orange roes. The texture of the noodles was soft and overall, it's quite addictive.

As we pulled the tender slices of Stewed Iberico Pork out from the earthen claypot, we observed the smoke gushing out of the pot. The stew was a bit thick and its tangy and sour taste made the dish quite addictive.

A Teochew meal will not be completed without having this classic dessert, Orh Nee. It was satisfying with the soft and mashy yam paste topped with gingko nuts as well as some sugar syrup.
