On a recent trip to Restoran Wah Cai 3-in-1 Chinese Cake after 5 years since my last visit. The stall was still bustling with people queuing up for the famous fried items.

No doubt that the weather is scorching hot, there is still a long snaky queue in front of the stall waiting to get their share of fried items.

While items are fried in batches, we only managed to get Fried Durian and fried Bananas. I wanted to get both their 3 in 1 Chinese New Year Cake as well as fried durian instead.

Salute to the guy who is behind the hot pot of frying oil who patiently fried the item for us.

While I did not get my 3-in-1 Chinese Cake from Wah Cai this round, I will never give up going back there again.
