En Ramen is finally opened after a long wait. I have been wanting to visit their stall in the coffee shop when they were back in Toh Guan but I never had the chance.
En Ramen |
The furnishings of the eating place was simple and down to earth with concrete cement flooring.

En Original Ramen - $7.50 |
Topping up the $8.50 En Signature Ramen for an additional Bamboo shoot at $1.50. Similar to the En Original Ramen, it was served in a rich bowl of Tonkotsu pork broth and braised tender chashu slices. The stir-fried minced pork with their secret chilli paste, cut spring onion, black fungus and Ajitama egg makes up the bowl.
En Signature Ramen topped Bamboo Shoot - $10 |
Hot and spicy stored fried minced pork with their secret chilli sauce topped the Ramen Noodles. Ingredients like freshly cut spring onion, black fungus and homemade Ajitama egg were part of the dish. The broth is rich tonkatsu pork broth with some spiciness.

Overall, En Ramen servings are generous and priced reasonably. It is definitely of recommendation to others and worth a return trip there. Not only that, it tasted relatively better than the chained neighbourhood Ramen places.
