Tai Feng Wei is a hawker stall among the neighbourhood selling decent Taiwanese food. The food ranges from replica of DTF Fried Rice, Braised Pork Rice and fried pork / chicken chop noodles. Recently the coffeeshop just renovated and got a fresh look.
Stall of Tai Feng Wei |
DTF Fried Rice Replica was rather popular lately and seems like such dish cannot be missing from a Taiwanese eatery menu. We topped up at an additional of $3 for 100g of shrimp on top of its Fish Roe. Fried Rice was fragrant and decent but not enough to match up with the popular chains of fried rice stall if you are looking for those kind of taste.
Egg Fried Rice with Fish Roe - $4.50 + $4 Shrimp |
Good for sharing and offered in 6 pcs or 10 pcs. The taste is rather ordinary.
Chilli Oil Chive Dumplings 红油韭菜饺子 - $4.80 (6pcs) |
You can ordered fried chicken or fried pork chop on the noodles. The meat was tender and marinate was great. I find that the bowl of noodles together with the shredded cucumber and carrots makes the dish refreshing.
Fried Chicken Chop Noodle (Dry) - $5 |
Braised Pork Rice - $5.50 |
Taiwanese food here is decent and rather ordinary.
