Jia Mi Minced Meat Noodle [Closed]

Jia Mi Minced Meat Noodle is established since 1996 and currently they are expanding in the neighbourhood, so hawker foodies please keep a look out.

Jia Mi Minced Meat Noodle Stall
As the name suggest Jia Mi, is specialized in Minced Meat Noodle and Jia Mi when direct translated into Mandarin, it means "吃面" also referring to "Eating Noodles".

Besides the old boring basic version of Minced Meat Noodle where we can almost find in every hawkers, menu from Jia Mi has drawn my attention with their available dishes on the menu ranging from their Signature Minced Meat Noodle to having noodles with Abalone as well as Scallops.

A look into Jia Mi's Stall, they are actually very particular on the quality of braised mushroom. The pot of sliced mushrooms in braised sauce was seen simmering under the naked fire in an earthen clay pot.

Minced meat noodle was inviting with distinctive flavours from the braised juicy slices of mushroom. Ingredients and noodles were generous. Fishball, lean pork meat, mushrooms and lettuce was given. Mee Pok was different, texture was somehow thicker than the usual ones and were tossed in their luscious special sauce.  It's a good basic bowl to start with.

I was quite satisfied with the portion and quality of Abalone Minced Meat Noodle. With their own sauces going well with the noodles and special finds in my noodle, the treat to myself is delighting. Ingredients such as pork intestine, fishball, meatball, a good chunk of pork trotter was included, not forgetting a stick of 3 slices of abalone was included too.
