Good news to Muslim Pal in the west! Chicken Talk Kitchen Cafe is a Muslim family owned cafe located in West Coast area. With good feedback from colleagues, its hard to resist a new place as its vicinity is somewhere I'm familiar with.

Chicken Talk Kitchen in short CTK is spacious with walls painted black, furnished with white dining tables. The environment was quite cooling with air-conditioned environemnt and fans circulating the air.

Environment

Cream of Chicken was the soup of the day and it was rather ordinary, not too creamy nor bland.

Packets of fresh Australian Milk made up part of the beverages. Chai Tea had a distinct herb flavour and blended in well with the natural light milky taste from the milk while Salted Caramel drink was a better choice comparing the two beverages if you want to skip the Chai Flavour.

Interestingly served in a granite slab which I never thought that we would get such presentation from a HDB cafe.

Monterey Jack Chicken Cheese - $13

Monterey Jack Chicken was well marinated with charred grilled lines on the chicken breast and toppped with BBQ Sauce, beef Bacon, cheese & diced Tomatoes. Everything was stacked on top of a bed of mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

The surprising "wow" did not die off after the first main dish and instead it brought onto the Burger Bako main too. It made me feel like dining in a classy environment when mains were served in its appealing presentation.

Burger Bako - $11 (Single)

Grilled beef pattie from the Burger Bako was a great choice, juicy and piled high with crispy beef bacon, eggs, cheddar cheese, onion rings, lettuce and tomatoes. Big eats can ask for an upgdate to double or even triple patties at different price.

Earlier on, i received feedback that the service was kind of slow and not suitable for those who has short lunch hours. However I find that Chicken Talk Kitchen was one of the better food in the neighborhood that worth the time waiting for. On top of that there are no service charges too, servers are also friendly.
