Ingredients are well braised, giving an assorted plate of food with preserved vegetables in the middle. The $4 portion was generous especially the portion on innards. Not only that they are well handled, leaving no signs of innards taste, completely.

Being a true blue Singaporean, having Kuay Chap
for meals is a normal and also their food falls within the acceptable taste, I wont mind returning back for another meal there.
