High Street Tai Wah Pork Noodles

One of the reputable Bah Chor Mee in Singapore, High Street Tai Wah Pork Noodles. Spanning two generations, they have a history of about 60 years and their pork noodle has received favorable write-ups from the major newspapers.

Nothing beats the loaded flavourings of vinegar and the spicy chilli giving such an authentic taste of Bah Chor Mee, somehow giving me the sensation that I'm back into the 70s or even 60s.

Bah Chor Mee - $8 (big)

The Bah Chor aka minced meat, livers, lean meat and pork ball were cooked to its perfection. The fresh and chewy bites together with the spicy chilli on the mee pok is simply heavenly. Soup that accompanied the meal was filled with seaweed and spring onion, also pack full of sweet taste from the freshness of the meat.

After trying this from Chinatown Food Street, it urges me more to try their Pork Noodle from the flagship stall.
