I was rather puzzled by the density of crowd over in the food street on a Friday evening and somehow realized the reason why from a viewpoint of a diner. For such a humid day, I would have spent a little big more at the air-conditioned restaurants and enjoyed better food. It is best to sit near the ventilation points for airier spots.

Phew! At least one of the main are of average standard. The soup has a distinctive and addictive taste that urge us to ask for extra bowl.

Noodle Set with Soup

3 Fish dumplings came in a bowl with the noodles, doused in light sauce and the sinful pork lards. Though sinful, these simple lards had given the bowl of noodles additional punch that are irreplaceable by others condiments.
