After visiting Bukit Timah Market and Food Centre mostly in the evenings, I had finally got the chance to enjoy a breakfast there. While most of the common breakfast items like, fishball noodles, fried carrot cake, etc were opened in the evening, I spotted Yong Fatt Chang. They were selling porridge and I thought I had never seen them in operations during the evenings hours.

Stall of Yong Fatt Chang |
A decent looking bowl of Porridge added with century egg, fried crackers and seasonings gave me a happy and simple sunday morning. Porridge was cooked till soften, no trace of rice grains found.
For those who likes noodles, Yong Fatt Chang has Ban Mian. I wouldnt mind going back again for breakfast. :)
