Teochew style seafood soup is a relatively new stall in Ayer Rajah Food Centre. Since there are already a number of fish soup stall available it seems a little competitive in the area. The stall is well orientated with its ingredients neatly placed and
stacked. Although the queue is long, the uncle still shows his
professionalism, cooked and served every bowl steadily.

Teochew Style Seafood Soup |
I can say that this Tom Yum soup is the best in the Ayer Rajah market and food centre. It is spicy, sour enough and sweet enough with its seafood ingredients. What gave me a surprise was that its seafood was quite fresh especially the Sotong, its very tender and easy to chew. Not very often we get to see clams in normal Tom Yum Seafood soup of a fish stall and it's found here. I also noticed that their tom yam seafood soup has strong lemon grass aroma with Asam leave included. Looks convincing isn't it?

Tom Yam Seafood with Bee Hoon - $3.50 |
Each order was freshly prepared and cook thoroughly before serving
therefore the waiting time is abit longer than the usual stalls. The fish soup was pretty ordinary to me but the portion was rather generous.

Fried Fish Meat Bee Hoon - $3 |
Overall, the lady who is taking the order is rather friendly. I will mark this as one of my frequent stalls in Ayer Rajah Food Centre for Tom Yam's sake!
