Chai's Original Sliced Fish Soup

The attractive big signboard illustrated with the media article had drawn most of my attention to Chai's Original Sliced Fish Soup among all other stalls in Funan Digital Life Mall Food Court. Not only that, tables and tables of hotpots were seen and patrons were happily enjoying their food over the naked fire.

Want to enjoy 2 kinds of fish in a bowl of noodles? We have the double fish soup lavished with lots of fried onions, vegetables in the white soup made up of evaporated milk.

Double Fish Soup - $5

The usual fish soup would have their Tom Yum soup in a bowl but I get to enjoy my pot of noodles in this spicy and sour soup over the flaming fire in a steamboat pot. It was my first time to have everything "dumped" into the pot. The sotong was fresh and chewy on its rings. Soup was tasty with vegetables added sweetness to taste.

Last but not least, how can I forget these deep fried egg which is so sinfully good. Well, this is what I'm here for. For those who enjoy them too, these can be added at additional cost.
