Torn among the availability of Fried Prawn Mee stalls in 85 Redhill Food
centre, it took us quite some time in choosing the "right" stall as
most of them do have the award-winning stickers and celebrities photos
pasted in front of the stall.
As I approached the stall to order a portion of
 S$4.00 (dine in),
I was given a friendly smile and was asked if I do have the time to
wait for 10 minutes. Although I'm in a rush, I have agreed without much
hesitation.
I was rather surprised to see the number of people
waiting when I was back in 10 minutes. The cook was still stirring and
preparing the full wok of prawn mee while the other guy was preparing
the ingredients for each order in a small container.

The well-fried delicious prawn mee is thoroughly coated with the savory
concentrated essence of prawns. Remarkably tasted with "wok hei", the
noodles are slightly wet and consistent in taste. Crispy "Bak Poh" was
tucked on the side of the plates together with a small little green
lime. Enjoy the plate of mouth watering prawn noodles with the
"shioking-ly" good chilli paste with fresh prawns, sotong, thinly sliced
 meat and egg.
