Azmina's Briyani

Azmina's Briyani, from it name it somehow had suggested that I should give its Briyani a try especially when its signboard advertised its Chicken Briyani with a delicious looking plate of the Indian Cuisine. There were 2 types of Briyani available, Mutton and Chicken where the price is the same at $5 per plate.

Looks like the Papadum (Disc shape Indian Cracker) is missing here, perhaps they had missed them out. The portion of Briyani was huge, served in a tray with gravy separated by containing in a disposable bowl. The yellow ginger rice was soft and fluffy, tasted a little spicy with the Briyani gravy added.

The piece of chicken meat given was tender and big in size.

Besides the big portion of meat, I also enjoy the sweet and sour  "Ah Zhar" that comes with the dish.
Just hope that I can have more portion of them.

Since there is no plate, after eating, it is best to clear the table ourselves to prevent the wind from blowing them away. Another thing to note, try avoiding from sitting under the lamps or any exhaust pipes as they are the common areas where birds will rest on and starts doing business there.
