Holy Cow Creamery

Holy Cow! With two outlets in Yishun and Lavendar, this Creamery served handcrafted ice cream at a pocket-friendly price since 2014. Their creative and wide range of ice cream flavours is quite impressive to me.

We chanced by this Creamery while we were in Yishun after a meal and decided on a dessert place.

Furnishings and decorations in the creamery were rather simple, plastered with bricks and wooden panels wallpapers.

Holy Cow Creamery offers a good range of ice cream with its classic, Premium and Epicure ranges.

With one scoop at $3.50 and double at $6.50, it's quite a reasonable price.

Ice Cream texture was creamy and smooth. The level of sweetness works well for me.

Double Scoops of Ice Cream will cost $6.50 with Premium ones at an additional dollar. The Sea Salt Matcha caught my eye as I thought such a combination of Green Tea with hints of sea salt is rather special. The natural bitterness of Matcha added with salt was not too bad as a whole with sweetness other than the ice cream.

While the Creme Brûlée is also a premium selection among all the flavours. This French Classic dessert with caramelised sugar and biscuits is likewise addictive.

The classic Strawberry Milk is made of Japanese Milk and was light in taste which suits my style while the Hazelnut Crunch has a pleasant nut fragrant with Nutella swirls with caramelised biscuits in it.

There are two types of waffles to choose from, Golden Waffle with Maple Syrup or Charcoal Waffle with Homemade Salted Caramel sauce. It was topped with 2 scoops of ice cream, the Classic Ondeh Ondeh that contains Gula Melaka, pandan & Coconut. The taste was easy going for the taste buds without being too coconutty.
