The benefits of each kind of soup is precisely indicated on the signboard in Chinese Characters. I had ordered a bowl of Spareribs Soup with Lotus root and dry octopus which was supposed to aid the lungs and maintain healthy kidneys. The stock was sweet and lends flavour to the slices of lotus root.

The ingredients given was generous and the soup does not contain MSG. The meat came with alot of soft bones attached which allow a good chew throughout my meal. Red dates were added to the soup enhancing its sweet taste. The meal was rather simple with a bowl of white rice to pair along.

Add rice - $0.50
