Roasted Duck is a business setup by a husband and wife, Mr Johnny Teo
and Ms Jessie Sim with 3 outlets in TPY (Toa Payoh). The reason to their
success is their legendary sauce that comes in every dish, noodles or
rice.
Ordered their Roasted Duck and Char Siew Noodles over
dinner to satisfy our Roasted Fix meanwhile trying out 2 kinds of
roasted delights from the stall.

The thinly sliced Char Siew comes in dark brown color has little
or no fat seen. Together with its special chilli and special sauce from
the springy fine Hong Kong noodles, the dish tastes awesome!
