Penang Signature is located in Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre. In fact you can smell the distinctive flavour of Assam Laksa from far. Amazingly, there is only one item available for sale from their stall and that is none other than their signature Penang Assam Laksa that cost $3.50 per bowl.

Ingredients are generous and you can see the big chunks of fishes in the disposable bowl used with vegetables, tamarind slices, cucumber, onions, pineapple cubes and vegetables.The sweet sour and spicy taste are indeed very appetizing.

The noodles itself are chewy and immersed in the tangy Assam Gravy, i bet you cant find anything closer here in Bukit Timah than to what you have in Penang. Well, its really addictive.
