Starting with Thai Milk Tea as our beverages to accompany us throughout the meal. We had both the classic orange Thai Milk Tea and the green Thai Milk Tea, served chilled with plenty of ice. I was glad that the sweetness level was mild and comforting, allowing us to enjoy the creamy tea flavours without being overwhelmed by too much sweetness. A refreshing way to kick-start our Thai food feast!

Moo Ping is one of my favourite Thai street food snacks, and I was glad to find it on the menu at Bite The Way Thai! These three sticks of grilled pork were newly introduced to their menu, arriving beautifully grilled with a tempting glaze and lightly charred edges. The meat was juicy, savoury and delicious, making every bite satisfying. Paired with the accompanying dipping sauce and crunchy cabbage, this was a delightful Thai street food treat that I would happily order again!

The Fried Egg with Crab Meat was another satisfying dish to enjoy with our meal. Golden brown on the outside, the omelette looked fluffy and generously topped with shredded crab meat and fresh coriander. Its soft, eggy texture made it a comforting pairing with a bowl of plain white rice. Simple yet delicious, this is the kind of dish that makes you want another mouthful of rice!

The Fried Kailan with Crispy Pork was a delicious combination of greens and meat. The kailan was coated in a savoury sauce and topped with crispy fried garlic, adding a fragrant touch to the dish. The golden-brown pork pieces provided a satisfying contrast to the leafy greens, making this a good vegetable dish to enjoy alongside our rice and other Thai favourites.

The Tom Yum Seafood Cream Soup was addictive and definitely a thumbs-up for us! The broth had just the right amount of thickness, delivering a rich and creamy texture while retaining the quintessential tangy and spicy flavours of Tom Yum. Packed with seafood ingredients and garnished with fresh coriander, every spoonful was bursting with flavour. This was one comforting bowl of Tom Yum that kept us going back for more!

Which Thai dessert would you opt for to end a satisfying meal? We went for the classic Thai Mango Sticky Rice. The ripe mango was sweet and juicy, pairing nicely with the glutinous rice and a serving of coconut milk. While the mango hit the spot, I felt that the texture of the sticky rice could be improved to make this familiar Thai dessert even more enjoyable. Still, it was a lovely sweet treat to round off our meal!

Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Bite The Way Thai, especially the spacious and relaxing environment. There was no rush to finish our food quickly to make way for the next patron, allowing us to sit back, take our time and enjoy our meal comfortably.
