Xi Men Jie

Xi Men Jie, its name comes direct from the streets of Taiwan Night Market where good food are found. The stall never fails to provide a variety of Taiwanese snacks on its menu especially some of the authentic kinds like braised pork rice and beverages like Pearl Milk Tea.

Xi Men Jie is easily spotted at the ground level of West Mall shopping mall, just at the entrance f you are coming from the MRT Station.

Oyster Chicken Floss Mee Sua - I thought it was something new to have with chicken floss in mee sua until i found out that the chicken floss was actually shredded chicken not the usual "bah hu" in my mind. Nevertheless, the meal still taste as authentic with few oysters included and vinegar adding to its taste.

Chicken Floss Mee Sua - $4
Sweetness of drinks were on the average side.

For those who wish to skip the crowd in the food court over peak hours, Xi Men Jie may be one of the spots you may consider though there is no air conditioned environment available.  Having said that, for those who are craving for some Taiwanese snack, this is somewhere you can hit on!
